Telluride Choral Society Ensembles:
Tuition: Tuition for a season is $125 cash/check per singer per season. Some tuition/scholarship money is available, see the Board of TCS. We will be collecting the tuition once the season is underway. You may give your tuition check to a TCS boardmember to the choral director in person.

YOUTH ENSEMBLES:
Beginner Choir
The ideal Beginner Choir student will have little to no sight-reading or ear-training experience. This student is passionate, wants to have fun, and is looking to learn or build upon their knowledge of musical staves and aural skills.
Rehearses on Fridays from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m., at Middle/High School Palm Theatre Drama Room during the school year starting September 13, 2024 – (1st rehearsal = Informational session & auditions for the Advanced Choir).

Advanced Choir
The ideal Advanced Choir student is in 6th grade or above and has moderate to advanced sight-reading experience. This student can hear and mimic a melody with ease. This student is looking to enhance their harmonizing skills, develop their voice, and grow their confidence on stage. Younger students are allowed to audition, decisions will be made based on the overall group dynamic.
Rehearses Fridays from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m., at Middle/High School Drama Room during the school year, starting September 13, 2024 – (This rehearsal is an Informational rehearsal & Audition for Advanced Choir)

ADULT ENSEMBLE:
Chorale
A non-auditioned group of adults that traditionally performs at our SpringSing and WinterSing concert performances. This group is open to all singers from the novice singer to the experienced!
The Chorale rehearses in general Sundays 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Christ Presbyterian Church, but there are some change-outs/adjustments to a few Wednesdays. The first rehearsal for WinterSing 2024 will begin Sunday, September 22 at 4:30 pm.
